To properly liaise with all other parties involved, including solicitor etc., during the initial holding deposit period and to arrange and pay the costs of an initial ‘Legal Health Check’ (if using our recommended firm of solicitors).
To agree and record an inventory of equipment, furnishings and other items to be included in the sale.
To discuss and mutually agree between both parties and their legal representatives, a suitable timetable for the payment of deposits and completion of sale.
To closely work with all parties to ensure a smooth, stress-free and pleasurable passage and conclusion, throughout the entire purchase process.

To advise on timing and planning your viewing itinerary, to accompany you for an initial orientation tour of your chosen area of consideration.
Assisting with your NIE registration applications, including taking you to the relevant office for the submission of the required paperwork.
Introduce you to the very best local professional practitioners and services, such as solicitors, banks, accountants, currency transfer specialists, insurance, removers, doctors etc.
To provide help and guidance regarding other relevant support services and social groups, such as:
Gardeners, Pool Maintenance, Vets, Dentists, Garden Centres, Postal Services, Medical & Emergency Support, Furniture Stores, Supermarkets, Restaurants and other local services; together with sports and/or social groups and local clubs, associations etc., etc.
To provide advice and assistance with all subsequent post-purchase bureaucratic processes, such as: the Padron, Residencia, and Spanish National Health (SIP), if relevant.
