Originally established in 2006 by the proprietors – Chris & Linda Garwood as Costa Blanca Select; CBS was established to guide and assist clients from the UK, mainland Europe & other corners of the world, through the potential minefield of their property selection and purchase, here in the northern Costa Blanca.
More recently, the partners decided to open their own independent estate agency, in the centre of Moraira, trading as Select Villas of Moraira. This sister company enables us to work with greater independence from the existing property agency community, as we are now attracting the attention of vendors directly which means we can condense our ongoing working collaborations to just the very best of the other local agents, ensuring that we can provide our buyer clients with the best mix of choice and value within the local property market.
Our prominently located, modern offices have enabled us to double our personnel resource to four full-time staff (including the proprietors), assisted by six part-time consultants. The key factor to our success and continuing growth through such challenging times is our obsession with customer service, hard work and integrity. Old-fashioned values may be, but they are clearly appreciated by the great majority of our clientele.
Property vendors within the local community are quickly realising that the combination of SELECT VILLA’s new office environment, together with our energetic but relaxed and ethical approach, represent their best opportunity to sell their property within the local market. Consequently, we are quickly building one of the strongest in-house selections of quality properties from which our clients can select their viewing portfolios.
